Usage rules
Distinguish the data in your installations from information sent to the portal and understand who is responsible for protecting backups.
Version 1.0 · applicable à partir du 31/07/2026Data created in a self-hosted solution is retained according to the product-specific storage method described below. When a profile indicates local JSON storage, it remains on the server where the application is installed and is not transmitted, collected or backed up by MageKorp.
Information voluntarily sent to the MageKorp portal — for example a review, support request, attachment or contribution confirmation — is separate from the installation’s operational data and follows the portal privacy policy.
Their processing, security and retention period are explained in the privacy policy.
The operator must protect their server, perform regular backups and verify that they can be restored. When MageKorp holds no copy of operational data, local loss, deletion or corruption cannot be restored by MageKorp without a usable backup.
MageKorp cannot restore an installation when no usable copy is available. This information does not remove any warranty, remedy or liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
