Installation in your environment

The user installs the software in their own environment and must comply with the prerequisites, documentation, licence and terms supplied with each version.

Operational data created in the installation remains separate from information a user chooses to send to the MageKorp portal through a review, support request, attachment or contribution.

Distribution provenance

Official distributions are made available from the MageKorp portal. A copy downloaded from another website, third-party repository, sharing service or obtained from another source may have been modified, may be incomplete or may no longer match the published version.

MageKorp cannot guarantee the authenticity or integrity of a copy obtained outside its official channels and cannot be held responsible for alterations, additions or modifications made by a third party, subject to rights and responsibilities that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Operator responsibilities

• verify prerequisites and compatibility before installation or update;
• restrict access, maintain the server and apply security updates;
• perform backups before any operation and test their restoration;
• comply with the license and conditions included in the relevant installation file.

Mandatory rights

No provision of these terms removes any statutory warranty, remedy or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
