Data in your installations
Data created in a self-hosted solution is retained according to the product-specific storage method described below. When a profile indicates local JSON storage, it remains on the server where the application is installed and is not transmitted, collected or backed up by MageKorp.
Information voluntarily sent to the MageKorp portal — for example a review, support request, attachment or contribution confirmation — is separate from the installation’s operational data and follows the portal privacy policy.
Data handled by the portal
- named accounts of authorized administrators;
- security logs and pseudonymized technical identifiers;
- public visits and pages viewed, measured server-side using daily pseudonymized fingerprints and without analytics cookies;
- download events limited to operational service measurement;
- reviews, optional contact details and moderation decisions;
- support requests, suggestions, messages and attachments;
- contribution confirmations limited to necessary information, without banking data.
Aucune adresse IP brute ni paramètre d’URL n’est conservé dans la mesure d’audience. Les robots connus sont exclus. DNT and GPC signals are respected.
